Confidence in a New World
Working with a coach can feel daunting and scary especially if you've never worked with one before, however, it doesn't need to be.
TO START:
There is no hard sell...
I want you to feel comfortable with me and to learn to trust me.
Trust and honesty are important for coaching to work. Hence the no hard sell, as that does not benefit either of us.
Trust and honesty are the backbones of coaching and the only way that I work.
That's why there is this introductory conversation.
And sometimes a conversation is just that, a conversation and that's OK.
Benefits of working with me!

Why have a coach help you?
With a coach you invest in yourself, get clarity, accountability and have someone by your side who is dedicated to helping you grow your business.
You don't have to have all the answers a coach will help you with the missing puzzle pieces.
You are in the right place if you are looking for:
✔ Support, accountability and a place to feel safe
✔ Want to feel and be more confident
✔ Want to improve your skills and achieve your dreams and goals
✔ Simple and effective methods and tools to help you.
THE NEXT STEPS:
What the sessions look like will very much depend upon what it is you are wanting to focus on.
During your sessions, there will be a mixture of coaching, mentoring, teaching and guiding with the likelihood of some homework. Homework will be agreed upon and won't be anything you are not able to do.
As with any self-development programme, there is no quick fix or overnight change. It will take effort, time and energy but the rewards are limitless. It is up to you to make the effort in order to progress.
Throughout the process, be reassured that you are not alone, as I will be there with you in your corner as a support, encouragement and accountability buddy.
